Paalam Pilipinas, Ciao Italia!

The day has come.
We flew out of the Philippines today.

I'm so sad were leaving.
Especially seeing how close my boys are with their cousins.
I wish it's not that hard to come back.

Before that..
I had to have some Jolibee first! :)

A little bit of everything!

I think we are ready!

Goodbye for now, Muntinlupa.

I'm so glad they let my brother helped me.
It was such big help.
Having 2 kids, stroller, luggages was definitely challenging.
But, going to the airport extra early is always a good idea.

Goodbye.

The flight was good.
WE did the 12 hour flight first.
The kids were so tired so they pretty much slept the whole time.

The connecting flight went easier than the first time.
The kids woke up with energy and it was daytime.

We made it back to Italia!
..And to my other baby.

What a long day.
It feels so amazing to be home.

Time for a long and good rest.

Ciao Ciao!!!

Last day with the Family.

It's  last weekend is here.
Last day to be exact.

Tomorrow we fly out of the Philippines.
I am sad.
But, also ready to go home.

I'm feeling grateful to be able to visit Family.
There's really no place like home.
Or let me say Motherland.

On our last weekend.. I just want to spend it with family.
I hang out with so many of my friends but this last few days is important.
Need to make it count.

We decided to spend the day together at the mall.
Just a relaxing day.

We went to my favorite mall.
Landmark Mall Alabang.
Its so beautiful here and relaxing.
Its crowded in some part but not the whole mall.

Family.

Going to miss them so much!

We decided to let the kids burn some energy first before we go to dinner.
I had a little bit of shopping time while they are doing that.

Kidzoona for the last time.
With all of their cousins this time.
The boys had an amazing time!!!

Then for dinner we headed to Kuya J's.
My mom has been raving about this restaurant when I got here.
So I had to go and try.

We did a Family package meal that comes with everything.
Lumpia, Pancit, Lechón.
All of it was okay.
Not the best meal I've ever had in the Philippines.
The serving was not enough for me haha

But... their lechon was good!

Then we tried this.
Then this restaurant's rating gotten better.

This Ube halo Halo.
Made with a lot of Ube.
Definitely an Ube overload.

It was sooooo good!!!

I can't believe this is our last nice dinner all together for now.

It was a good day.
A really quality time.

Time to get ready.

Ciao Ciao!!!

Tagaytay City, Philippines

One week left in the Philippines!
Before we start getting ready to leave.
One last day trip!

The weather was not nice to me at all on our last days.
But, we just made it a good day.

My friend that I met the other took a day off so we can do one more thing.
That was so nice of her.

Tagaytay is only few hours away from us so we went.

I love love Tagaytay.
The last time I went here was with my husband long long time ago, that was before we got married.
Now, 2 kids and 2 countries we lived in I finally made it back.

Still as beautiful as ever.

It was cloudy.

She took us to her favorite restaurant.

This restaurant is breathtaking.
The view, the interior is just amazing.

It's called Balay Dako.
It means big house in Tagalog.

We can't stop but admired the amazing view.

Started off with some beer!

We ordered Bulalo, Kare Kare, Pancit, Lumpia.
All of the best Filipino food.

I think I have found the best Bulalo.
This was amazing.
Everything was amazing!

Totally worth the drive even perfect with the weather because it started raining.
So we couldn't do anything else.

My beautiful momma.

Still admiring the view.

My amazing friend.
So grateful to have a friend like her.

We found the chance to leave when the rain stopped.
So we left and we did some few stops.
First, is to get souvenirs.
Food that I will bring back to Italy.

It's worth it getting Filipino delicacies here
because its fresh, cheaper than getting it in the City.

We stopped by Kuma Kaakao.
I have never heard of it before.
But they are famous with their Hot Choco.

...And it was surprisingly amazing!

After that we headed home.
Time to get some needed rest, pack and get ready for our long journey back home.

xoxo
