Our first Ramstein Bazaar!

Oh Bazaar How I've missed you,

Our last time was in Aviano Italy and I love it every time.

The food, the shopping, Everything!!

I was so curious how is it like here.

It definitely looked bigger than the one in Italy,

But busier!

It's not allowed to take pictures in the flight line so I only took pictures that I can!

I definitely have the list of what I want to get before leaving Germany.

That is usually what we do,

Getting everything we want before leaving.

Now for the food!

The fun part.

It was a bit of a hot day even though it is FALL.

but we got the good ones!

This Pork Belly was so good!!!

Drink of course!

I was so excited about this!

Korean Corndogs!

It was so goood!!

It was an amazing day!!!

Here's to new Memories...

I am so happy that we finally got to finish unpacking!

What a tiring, chaotic days.

But, it was worth it.

This house is so different to our house in Missouri.

 

But I know we are going to make fun, happy, unforgettable memories here too!

Big Emma's Ramstein

It was time to have a German Food off base. 

We want to find the most Authentic German food.

We are not sure when are we gonna be able to have that.

But we are just going to enjoy every meal we have here.

Tried out Big Emma's today in Ramstein!

It seems to be every American's favorite or well known restaurant.

They have a lot of good choices of drinks!

Okay,

I loved the Salad Bar!

It was great!

We started off with some Appetizer.

They didn't have any but we had to order something as Appetizer.

We ordered a few kid friendly meals and they all loved it!

The salad was amazing!

Also the brats!

But this,

Look at this Big Burger!

wow!

I ordered Schnitzel with white sauce.

It was what I was craving for and it was really good!

Yes Yes Yes!!!

Everything was so good!

Just a little pricey,

Like everything else!

Croissant Prosciutto Mozzarella Sandwich

 

Love to be back where croissants and prosciutto are the best.

So I'm definitely going to be eating it a lot while I can.

The easiest lunch/snack ideas!

All you need is

Croissant

Arugula or any veggies you prefer

Mozarella

Prosciutto

Salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble to how ever you prefer

Serve right away!

Perfection!!!

Spam Breakfast Sliders

 

I don't know if you guys know how much we love Sliders here. 

The easiest meal to make.

Breakfast or any time of the day.

We were craving for Spam so this was perfect!

Let me know what you guys think!!

Ingredients

• Spam slices (1/4-inch each) 
•  Hawaiian dinner rolls
• 5 eggs, scrambled
•  Mayonnaise
• Sliced cheddar cheese
• 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil medium skillet. Over medium heat, cook SPAM slices to light golden brown. Remove from pan. Toast dinner roll 
2. Assemble sandwich with eggs, SPAM sliced cheese and mayo.
3. Place in oven 2 to 3 minutes to melt the cheese.
4. Serve and Enjoy!!

K in Lautern Mall (Kaiserslautern, Germany)

It was almost Back to school time so we knew it was Shopping time!

So we decided to check out the mall in Kaiserslautern.

It's the closest one we want to check out.

The views on the way there!

Love it!

The mall was nice,

Crowded of course since its weekend!

We parked at the parking garage, which kind took us a bit to figure out.

I sure do miss the big spaces in the US

But, I think it just takes some getting used to.

NO AC at malls here!

Crazy!

Shopping time,

I loved TK Max and Primark!

Little treat while sweating while shopping.

Our first and last Primark Kaiserslautern shopping.

As they are about to close.

Oh well!!

We have to find a different mall.

But this one is a good one too!!

Another Castle in the books!

But this one is closer to our house. 

Yes, I plan on going to all of the castle we can!

This one is definitely Beautiful!

We came on another hot day in Germany

The wind felt good though!

The drive to this castle is as not as hard as the other ones and Parking is easy peasy!

As you walk in to the castle ground,

You will be welcome by this cute Restaurant that I heard is good!

Maybe one day we will try it!

The Castle is also free,

How cool is that??

What a cute way to make people smile!

As we are exploring, there was a group of people doing their own thing 

that I have no idea,

They had drone over them.

How cool it was to witness,

We didn't bother them of course!

I just wish we could join!!!

On the castle ground there is also a Church and Museum you can go in to with an admission.

We didn't went inside.

I hear it was just a small one but very interesting one.

The view from the top was worth all the stairs you have to go through!!

It was Beautiful!!!
