Filipino Street Food Platter

 

When I say I celebrate the whole month for my Birthday,

 I was serious. 

Every weekend is special.

This one, We made extra special.

No specific recipe,

But putting it up here for you inspiration. 

I do miss Filipino street food so much,

Thats what inspired me to make this board.

There's some Asian style variations because I couldn't get the specific

Filipino street food,

But you get the idea.

We made the sauces from scratch.

Something you definitely shouldn't skip.

This Kwek kwek was perfection.

Quail eggs or regular eggs was just the same.

Everything was so good!!

I love my variety of Charcuterie Boards

I can't explain how fun it is to make these!

We all grilled the meat and sautee the veggies.

Details are pretty much in the picture.

Cheese Fondue Board

I have to say,

This has got to be my new Favorite Charcuterie Board.

I love making them 

they are so much fun!

It may seem like it's a lot of food,

It's actually not.

We went to one of the German Grocery Stores and 

I found this Pack of Cheese Fondue Cheese

Where all you have to it is heat.

I thought that was amazing so it gave me an Idea to make it.

We added a little milk so its won't stick together right away

And that was a great idea.

It worked perfect!

The cheese was so good!

BBQ Charcuterie Board

 

We did it again!

Remember when we made BBQ Charcuterie Board for Super bowl Sunday?

We made it because we were rooting for the Chiefs

And this year,

The outcome may be not the same when we first made it

It was still fun to root for the Chiefs!

I am definitely loving this sports more than ever!

We added a few dish to our meal 

Like this Paella that we got already made at the Grocery store

I am so impressed how good it was!!

I kind of just randomly added stuff

This was actually fun  because you can also just add stuff you have in the fridge!!

New Year's Eve, Hello 2025!

First New Year's in Germany was amazing!

We originally planned on spending New year's eve somewhere else

But it didn't work,

To be honest it went more perfect as I imagined.

Still sticking to my roots and adding a few of our New year's eve tradition.

I am so in love with this Table scape

So Festive!!!

It's the same as last year 

I just added a few new details for the new year,

Especially the new Year.

Tonight's outfit was cute!

I loved it

After few pictures we started with drinks.

I made this Prosecco more festive with my favorite Ice cubes with cranberry and fresh thyme.

So festive!

Me and my big boy worked on this New Year's Eve Charcuterie

And  I thought it's pretty amazing!

We dig in right after this picture.

We were making our dinner too while we nibbled it and its so goood!!

Like every other new year we did Finger Food Meal

It may seems like its a lot of work

But, not really.

This Jalapeno Popper dip is our favorite even on regular days!

Soooo good!

Then Hubby made our somewhat became New year's eve favorite.

Steak Crostini.

This is our second time making it.

It's pretty easy to make.

Baguette, Steak, Horseradish, balsamic cream and green onions!

So Sooo good!!

We ordered Sushi for the Main Finger food and this was hands down

one of the freshest Sushi I've ever had!!

The night was perfect for me and my boys.

It was all so good!

White waiting for the Midnight we played games and just have a relaxing time.

We watched New year's eve countdown from all over the world

It was so interesting how each country celebrated New year's!!!

I was so amazed how much Fireworks went off

It was all OVER!!

It felt like I was back in my childhood in the Philippines.

It was so amazing.

To be honest I'd rather stay home now while being in Germany,

It was sooo Amazing!!!

German Sausages Board

 

I was planning on making this Board for Oktoberfest,

But we had plans so I didn't get to do it.

I was gonna wait till next year,

But I couldn't wait any longer.

The endless Sausage options here in Germany made me do it.

It makes me excited to try all kinds!!

Of course,

my love for Prosecco will never change =)

We bought everything from GLOBUS!

It was soooo good!!!

Hubby also Grilled some Marinated chicken with side salad.

It was a perfect dinner!!

I would be so happy to have this all the time!!

Superbowl 2024

 

2 years in a row Chiefs made it to the Superbowl

and I have been a fan ever since,

It also because we are here.

Feels like everyone here is a fan.

I just love the vibe!!

Anyway,

This year is even more special,

I'm pretty sure everyone knows why.

I was so excited and scared at the same time!
