Aquamundo Waterpark (Bostalsee Centerparcs)

 

It was Indoor Pool time!

I love being out in the sun,

But sometimes Indoor swimming is a must.

We finally went to the Centerparcs,

It was so close to where we live so

we didn't need to stay overnight.

We came as early as we can,

But man..

It was so packed already!

IT was a beautiful day!

Some areas were not as packed

Thats where we hung out.

It was a big indoor swimming pool

The boys loved it.

It was drink time!

Cheers!

I got to bring a book

So I had a chance to read after little man's done swimming.

He got tired for a bit and just wanted to have snack.

After a few more hours

We found a spot to hangout by the playground

To have snack.

I packed it

Because I hate eating the same thing,

Or having a hard time finding something to munch on.

It was a fun fun day!

Seoul Restaurant (Ramstein, Germany)

 After getting a lot  Take out from this restaurant,

We finally went there and eat there. 

If it's my favorite food.

I like to at least go there for the experience.

We went during Lunch time,

Our favorite time to eat out.

Started off with some Ginger tea!

And some Kimchi Soup,

It was Yum!

Our order came in pretty quickly

The service was good too.

The lady that served us was so sweet.

I asked for everything spicy!

It was a good lunch!

Love their food!

Summer Festival Life

 

Meet me where the 

sun shine the brightest.

Fourth of July!

 

This is probably our last 4th of July in Germany,

I can't believe I'm saying that.

Feels like we just got here.

Anyways...

It was definitely a hot day.

But, that doesn't stop us from having a good day.

I had a really low expectations with the event on base this year,

It didn't matter to me if it was big or not. 

It did give me the USA vibes.

It's like you're in the US

Spicy Margarita first to start the fun!

Rides, Games and lots of sun on our few hours spending time there.

We had a good time.

We didn't plan on watching the fireworks,

It was too late for that.

But we were happy to still be able to go there and support the event.

There were so many foods to try,

I just picked the ones that is easy to share. 

They were good!

It was a great day!!

I wonder where we'll be next year.

I guess we're gonna find out together haha!

Sushi Cake

 

Last year I made

This amazing ( STEAK CAKE )

For hubby's Birthday.

I wasn't sure at first if I can make anything better.

I decided to give this Sushi Cake a try.

It was so good too!

I would say they both take time

But not as hard as you think!

It's a layer of 

Smoked salmon

Crab meat

Sushi rice

Avocado

Cream Cheese

Drizzled with eel sushi and sushi Mayo 

topped with jalapeno sliced, sesame seeds and furikake.

The good thing about is you can get more creative with it

and make it as you want it.

I used a Bundt pan.

make sure you spray it with cooking spray 

before starting.

I think he loved it and the boys did too!

White Asparagus (Surf and Turf Night)

 

It's Spargel Season!

Germany's infamous White Asparagus season.

It comes in perfect with Summer's grilling season.

If you're like us that loves Asparagus for sides for steaks.

You would love this!

Last year I didn't think we were doing it right.

This time we cooked it as Germans does it

..And it was perfect!

It was Surf and Turf night so we grilled some Seafood too!

Broadway Kino (Landstuhl, Germany)

 

We finally went to the movies!

I have been wanting to go for a while.

Having little kids is one of the reasons why we 

don't usually go,

But now they seem to be interested with it..

So we finally went in for a full movie!

Started off with something they would love.

Toy Story!

We went to the one in Landstuhl.

It was a very nice Movie theatre,

It was our first time!

Drinks while watching a movie?

Yes please!!

Some snacks and popcorn,

That they all hovered already.

It was a hot summer day so it was a perfect day to be indoors.

The AC was not crazy cold movie theatre kind,

But it will do.

We all had a great time!

Definitely will do it again!

Romano's Macaroni Grill (Ramstein, Germany)

 

We were craving a really good Pasta and we have been wanting to go 

to this Italian restaurant,

So we thought Father's day is a perfect day for it.

I heard mix reviews about this place.

But just like everywhere else.

I like to give it a try myself.

We made a reservation and good thing we did because

it was pretty busy.

Pomegranate Martini to start the meal.

It was so refreshing.

Appetizers are stuffed mushroom and truffle fries.

These were so good!

We all ordered different kind of Pastas.

I had a meal with three different kind of pasta.

It was good,

I think had the best dish though.

Overall it was still a good dinner.

I would definitely come back.

Perfect day at Europa Park.

 

Europa Park (Germany)

 

Summer Fun has already started. 

I really hope we get to do a lot of fun stuff this Summer!

Whats your plans?

Anyways, 

We went to Europa Park mostly for my Boy's Birthday. 

It felt like its the perfect place to celebrate Birthdays. 

We did so many Birthday's at home that we just wanted to travel 

and experience more.

We went to Europa park Bright and early,

And to my surprise..

That is what everybody did too.

The wait on rides were kinda terrible.

Not all of them.

So when we saw rides that has less lines 

We didn't waste time and try it.

Europa Park is so big!

I suggest spending at least a few days,

During the week.

So you can enjoy it!

IT was so much fun!

We loved it.

I don't recommend on hot summer days,

Any other days,

It would be perfect!

We spent a lot of time with rides.

Not with food and that is okay.

We brought food too

Which was the best idea!

I would definitely come back during less busy days.
