For our Sunday dinner, we decided to have something homemade
well, actually I have been craving for this corn dip for a while and I'm glad
hubby said yes when i told him i will make it this weekend.
It's so easy to make!
Corn Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 Cans Mexican Corn, drained
- 2 Cups shredded cheese (i used Mexican blend)
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- Green Onion ( I chopped a whole bundle)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/8 Tsp. Sugar
Directions:
- Mix everything in a big bowl, Refrigerate for at least an hour and serve with tortilla chips.

Crockpot BBQ Pulled Pork
..And then for Main Dish we had BBQ Pulled pork Sandwich
There's something about BBQ that i love so much.
- 3-4 lbs Pork loin, roist trimmed all visible fat
- Pork rub or any seasoning of your choice
- 12 oz Dr, Pepper
- Barbeque Sauce
Directions:
- Season your pork loin on all sides with your rub.
- Place your pork loin in your Crockpot and pour in the Dr, Pepper
- Set your Crockpot to low and cook for 8-10 hours
- Remove pork and drain most of the liquid from the crockpot.
- Shred the pork and return it to your crockpot
- Add the barbeque sauce and cook it until its heated through
- Serve on a bun.
