Adobong Pork with Sitaw

Who else loves Adobo?!
It's one of those Filipino dish that everyone has their own version.
I like to keep it traditional.
Putting veggies in it is just amazing.
So when I saw this Sitaw(String beans) at the Asian store its the first thing I thought about making.

It's actually been a while since I had sitaw, it's like Green beans but Asian version.
I can't say its better but Sitaw definitely absorbs the flavor differently.

It's so good.
This definitely taste like home.
Philippines.

Let me know what you guys think!
