It has been such a great month celebrating my Birthday!

But the month won't be complete without an Italian food.

Last year was amazing.

We went to Bella's Italian Restaurant

It was great I would definitely wanna go back,

This year I wanted to try somewhere else

Eating pretty much the same thing.

My favorites!

I'll never get tired of it!

This year we went to Carrabba's!

Our first time!

It was great!!!

Started off with some Prosecco and Bread.

Appetizer was Calamari of course

Then side Salad before the main dish.

It was all great!

Hubby had some Chicken and he loved it.

The sauce was bomb!

Of course I had my favorite Seafood Pasta!

It was amazing!

Of course had some Tiramisu for Dessert!

It's a hard decision if I have to pick which restaurant is better...

But I definitely recommend both!

Easter Sunday

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!

Ours was amazing like always.

I love celebrating Easter it feels like new beginnings.

We did our own Easter Egg hunt for the Boys.

I'm so glad the weather was perfect!

Pepperoni and Cheese Crescent Rolls

 

I love easy Appetizer or Snack!

This was a hit for the Boys.

They loved it and so easy to make!

Ingredients

• 1 8-count can crescent rolls 
• 4 mozzarella string cheese, cut in half 
• pepperoni, I used about 8 per crescent roll 
• 1 tablespoon olive oil 
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 
• your favorite dipping sauce (marinara or ranch)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
2. Divide crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Layer pepperoni on a crescent roll. Place half of a string cheese on the wide end of the crescent roll. Roll up and place on baking sheet. Repeat with all crescent rolls. Brush each roll with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top. 
3. Bake 11 - 13 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Serve with your favorite dip. Enjoy!

Ohhh Spring!

It's here.

My favorite time of the year. 

I'm so excited to be outside more!

We finally decided to go to the City Market in Kansas city.

I have been wanting to go so bad. 

It reminds me of the Market days that I go to in Italy.

I wish we are close to the City Market so I can go whenever I want.

But, its okay!

There is indoor and outdoor part of the Market.

Its actually bigger than I expected.

We head to my main destination.

The Italian Grocery.

It was a perfect day to go because they were doing Wine tasting.

Lucky me!

We brought one that I really liked.

It was some Peach Moscato.

Can't wait to try it!

It makes me so excited seeing all of my favorite Italian goodies!

Of course I had to get some of that Seafood Salad!

..And we had some Gelato!

Yum yum.

Mine is the Blueberry ones and my little boy picked a Raspberry ones.

It was both good!!

So exciting that there's a Filipino Bistro.

Next time we will try it for sure!

It was so busy so we just decided to get some Pizza for the ride home.

It was good!

It was a great day!

Ragingbull Steakhouse (Warrensburg MO)

 We love cooking!

But, from time to time

It's nice to get out of the house and have a day off from the Kitchen.

Me and Hubby wanted to try this restaurant for a while now.

I'm so glad we finally got to go.

Because it was hands down so good!

It was such a beautiful day.

Started off with some Lemon Drop Martini.

Yum Yum!

It was one of their special drinks for the day.

Pickle fries for Appetizer.

Hubby had some Brisket Tacos and it was oh so good!

I had their Big Kahuna Burger!

They had me with Pineapple.

It looked so good and I was right.

It was amazing!

It was a great dinner.

I highly recommend!
