Watermelon & Basil Mocktail

 

Mocktails has been more refreshing for me these days!

So fun and just so many to try to make!

I decided to make this one to drink with our dinner.

Good thing about Mocktails is anyone can have it too!

So the Boys had some too.

All I needed was Watermelon juice mixed with Sprite

Garnished with Basil and  Watermelon balls!

So fun!

For Appetizer we made this amazing

Loaded Tater tot Nachos

I guess some people calls it Totchos

It sounds weird to me so I will just still call it nachos.

Airfried tater tots.

Pour some cheese sauce

The option for toppings is endless.

You can put whatever you want.

This one

We added 

Bacon, avocado,onions,jalapenos,tomatoes,

Drizzled with ranch.

So easy to make!

For our main dish we made this amazing

We made this before and crave it from time to time

Thai Thai Orchidee (Take out Thai Food)

Last weekend,

It was Thai food weekend.

I don't really like eating the same things so I'm glad

hubby said yes to asian food.

Being here

I swear he can eat Doner kebab every time.

I was mainly craving noodles and Asian style curry

So we had a Duck curry as an Appetizer.

Hubby's drunken noodles

I had the Pad Thai.

This was so good!

Every thing was amazing.

Just one thing I noticed every time we order Asian food here.

Most of them are dry 

that you need to add more soy sauce or some kind.

It's not a bad thing 

good thing about eating it at home you can add whatever you want

Which we always do.

Anyways,

I would rate this meal

8/10

Luxembourg

 

Luxembourg!

Before anything else,

 why did I think that Luxembourg is part of Germany,

My son definitely corrected me that It's not.

It's a country!

Just a few hours drive from where we live,

We got to spend a day in Luxembourg

A cute and very calm country.

It was a cloudy, a little sprinkle kind of day

But it was not that cold.

The drive was not bad at all.

There was no Boarder check but they would do it randomly.

The city center is cute

with shops and tourist attractions.

It's not that big but it definitely has its own uniqueness.

Their cathedral definitely looked like the ones in France.

It was a calm, relaxing day for us

We had dinner plans so we just stopped for snack.

Also walking break.

Then we headed off to the Pirate ship playground.

We actually came here for this.

Since it has been the longest winter.

We wanted some activity for the Boys.

I think the Boys loved it.

We spend at least an hour and half.

We started our drive back when it started sprinkling.

It was a good exploring day!!

But their Cardio room was nice too!

Easter Sunday

 

Our first Easter in Germany was amazing!

It was a beautiful day!

So in love with my Easter Dinner decorations!

Easter Dinner started off with some Hugo spritz!

I have miss this so much!

Made this random cute Easter Board that I made with my big boy

They all loved it.

Of course we can't skip our favorite Deviled Eggs!

And I look forward to it every time!

Hubby made it so perfect!

I think the boys had a great day!
