Southern Bird Dog Sandwich

 

I was looking up for an easy recipe that my boys would love,

I was so interested when I saw this.

We have lived in the Carolina's and never heard of this. 

I thought it was such an a good idea.

2 of the Ingredients  my boys loves the most.

Fried Chicken Fingers and Honey Mustard,

So I had to give it a try!

Ingredients:

• 8 breaded chicken fingers cooked
• 8 slices cooked bacon
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup honey mustard dressing
• 8 hot dog buns

Instructions:

• For each Bird Dog, chop chicken finger and place in hot dog bun. 
• Top with one slice of bacon, crumbled. Top bacon and chicken with 2 Tbsp cheese. Melt the cheese with a kitchen blow torch or under the oven broiler. 
• Top with 1 Tbsp honey mustard dressing.

It was a 5 Star!!

I have been such a Snacker,

Especially when we are going on Trips. 

I like to bring Snacks for everyone.

So this Tupperware is perfect!!

Makes me more excited for our trips!!!

Pizza Quesadilla

 

Here again for another Easy meal!

I like trying different recipes especially for the Boys 

So they don't eat the same thing all the time. 

This one was one of the easiest.

The boys loves Pizza.

I mean who doesn't 

But when you have a picky one you have to stick to their favorite Pizza topping.

ALL YOU NEED

-Tortilla wrap

-Pepperoni 

-Ham

-Pizza Sauce

-Mozzarella Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

-Spread Pizza Sauce on one side or Tortilla 

-Add the meats or any topping you desire, Sprinkle with Cheese

-Cook in a pan sprayed with cooking spray

-Fold the Tortilla when its hot and flip after a few minutes.

Easy peasy!!

You can't go wrong with Easy recipes like this.

Do it the way you want!!

It will be good!!!

Breakfast Pigs in a Blanket

 

I love Easy Recipes!

I've been seeing this every where,

SO I don't know where the recipe originally came from. 

But anyways,

This is a perfect sweet and savory breakfast. 

It can also be Snack!

The Boys and I loved it.

All you need:

-Cinnamon Rolls (Pillsbury) 

-Sausage Links (Frozen or not) cooked

Thats all!!

TO DO

-Cook Sausages

-Flatten cinnamon rolls with rolling pin or any bottle you can roll

-Wrap the Sausage and Bake it according to Cinnamon rolls instructions

-Drizzle with cream cheese frosting

So, So easy!!!

Halloween 2024

 

Halloween this year is short and simple 

We did the best we can. 

Good thing they did a lot of events here for Halloween!

My scary Boys.

My little Pumpkin.

We went to a Trunk or treat which was fun!

This is the first year that my little one fully understand Trick or treating. 

He loved it!

Wine at home!

On Halloween got the Boys Halloween Buckets.

We didn't do a lot of Trick or treating.

But, I wanted to make sure the Boys have all of the treats!!

These German Halloween treats were fun!

I'm pretty sure they loved it!!

Pumpkin Cold Foam

 

One thing I love about Cold foam is

It's like having coffee from a coffee shop,

It's definitely not hard as it looks but if you have a choice to have it in seconds.

I will choose it.

I highly recommend this one!

Who would've thought that I would have my first Birria here in Germany!

After this I can't believe this is my first time.

I was missing out.

We ordered Chicken and Beef 

The consome was top tier!

We also got Birria Nachos and it was just perfection!

Yes Yes Yes!!!!

Definitely not going to be our first one!

I highly recommend this!!
