Pork Ginataan with Squash and String Beans

I really love that there's so many Filipino/Asian stores to shop around here.
I remember how much a struggle to find fresh asian veggies in Italy.
So I'm going to enjoy this as much as I can!

There is some days that I crave for some Ginataan.
Ginataan is a dish cooked with some Coconut.
It's usually a savory dish.

I have never made this before so I thought I'd give it a try.
My Hubby loved it and the boys too!

Let me know what you guys think!
