Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Cookies

Our weekend plans changed, We were suppose to spend the weekend at our friends but we had to cancel it and do it some other time. I planned my Friday to be a baking day so I can bring them cookies, I got a little sad because I was in the mood for baking, But hubby said to still bake some for him so I did. :)

This peanut butter cookies is so tender, very soft and a little chewy. And the flavor is peanut butter, but more. And then there are bursts of pure butterscotch and chocolate from the chips.
This was hubby's idea. I think it's really good!
