Every time we make Homemade Crab Rangoons,
I always end up having so many Wontons left.
So I had to think of other ways to cook with it.
This was so perfect for Finger Food Friday's
So easy to make!
Ingredients
- 24 wonton sheets
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups chicken shredded, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- ranch dressing for drizzling
- green onions chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a mini muffin baking tin with cooking spray.
- Using spoon, press the wonton sheets into the mini muffin tin. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and shredded cheese.
- Fill each wonton sheet with a tablespoon of the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Bake for 12 mins or until the wontons are browned and crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes
- Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with green onions.
- Enjoy!
