Fall is here!
Means all of the Crockpot/Slow cooker meals are coming.
Last weekend though,
I craved for Sandwiches.
And this is the first thing that came to mind.
We used the Slow Cooker Corned Beef Recipe that we love.
INGREDIENTS:
- Hoagie Rolls
- Butter
- Cooked Corned Beef
- Swiss Cheese
- Thousand Island Dressing
- Mayonnaise
- Sauerkraut
- Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the Hoagie Rolls in half and butter them
- Toast the Hoagie rolls
- Spread thousand island dressing on both sides of the roll, then layer with corned beef slices, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.
- Broil/Bake for a few minutes if you want the cheese a little bit melted.
- Serve and Enjoy!
We also ate it with Tater Tots Nachos and it was so good!
