Melon Wrapped Prosciutto with Burrata

 

My obsession with Burrata continues,

The combination of Melon and Prosciutto is just so perfect for me.

If you're looking for an easy Appetizer,

Especially in Summer 

this one is perfect.

So easy to make,

What you need:

Melon

Prosciutto

Olive oil

Fresh Burrata

Basil

Salt and pepper to taste.

Just cut the melon

Wrapped in prosciutto

Drizzle olive oil

Season with your favorite seasoning

Cut burrata on top

Drizzle balsamic cream

Garnish with some Basil.

That's it!
