Pesto Tortellini Pasta

It's been over a year since we left Italy.
Never will I ever stop missing Italian food.

I still got some of the Ingredients that I brought from Italy.
So today, I decided to use some.
It was a hard decision as it is one of my last stock.

I was craving for some Pesto Pasta so I made this!!!

I'm gonna need to find a Store where I can find Italian Ingredients here in the US.
Hopefully I find one.

By the way here's the Recipe.

I made this before when we were in Italy.
So glad I learned to make Italian food.
Even just a little bit.

Let me know what you guys think!

Enjoy!

UCM Mules Basketball (Warrensburg)

We went to my very first Basketball game yesterday.
It's not professional one, It's the college game.
But, It was so awesome!

UCM is really close to us and hubby has been wanting to go on one of their games.
We went to Baseball one this Spring and that was so much fun.
Sucks we missed Football.
Maybe next year!

I'm not really a crazy Basketball fan but I got hooked and watched the whole time.
The game was intense.

..And my boys seems to be enjoying it.

The cheerleaders was so good too!

I'm so glad they won.

It was such a fun fun time!

The most wonderful time of the year.

Happy December everyone!

I can't believe Christmas is almost here.
One more month before 2022.

Feels like it was just yesterday when we spent our first Christmas here!

Time does goes really fast.

Our 2020 Christmas Ornament.
This came really late, but look how cute it is!
Got it from Amazon!

We put up our Christmas decorations right after Thanksgiving.

I think I'm liking it better than putting up Christmas decorations early.

I love how cozy our Living room looks.

Gingerbread houses.

...And of course Zart the Elf is back!

Another fun year, here we go!

Outback Steakhouse (Lee's Summit, Missouri)

Hi Guys!
It's been such a minute, I have been so busy with other things.

I hope you guys are doing well.
I can't believe December will be here in a few days.
It's almost 2022!

Anyways, Halloween and Thanksgiving have passed.
It was all amazing.
..And It's also been a while since we've been to Outback Steakhouse.

I had to look for Wedding outfits for me and the boys.
So after that we decided to go, I really wanted Carraba's but oh my god.
The waiting was almost one house.

No way I will wait for that.

Anyways, this was also a good choice!

I mean, for this bread right?
It's worth it!

Drinks and Bread while waiting for our food.
We went at Dinner time so it was so so busy.
I miss the times when we go when it's not Dinner time yet.

Always happy when there's Carbs!
haha!

Of course, Some Blooming onion.

If I remember it's at least 4 years since we had Outback.
No Outback in Italy.
So we definitely missed this.

We weren't feeling like having Steaks so we had Sandwiches and Burgers.

All amazing!

...And our server was the nicest!!

It was a great dinner.

We seem to started a Tradition.
We did this too last year after spending time at the Pumpkin Patch, just a different Mexican Restaurant.

It was our first time, It was about time to try a different Mexican Restaurant.

Started off with some Virgin Piña Colada and hubby had some Margarita.

It was good.

Of course some White Quezo!

Tried the Tacos this time.
It was alright!

Hubby had Seafood Chimichangas, he said it was actually surprisingly good.
I had a bite and I agree!

I love that there's so many Mexican Restaurants in town to choose from!
