I have been into Asian food these days.
Sushi mostly,
I just love it,
There is so many things you can put it on it,
one of things I love about it.
What topping would you prefer?
Ingredients
2 cups cooked Japanese white rice
6 oz salmon , cut to you preference
1 avocado, sliced
1 egg
2 teaspoons furikake
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste
Sushi ginger
Instructions
Scoop the rice into two serving bowls.
Top with the sliced avocado, sushi, and egg.
Sprinkle with the furikake
Serve with a small bowl of sauce and ginger, add wasabi to your liking.
Yum Yum!
