Cheese Breadsticks

Hubby makes the best Pasta.
I swear, its always so good every time.
I decided to cook with him instead of just waiting for him to finish.

I love any Store brought Breadsticks.
You can't go wrong with that.
But there's nothing better than homemade!
It's definitely not as hard.

You can use Store brought pizza crust or of course homemade crust.
I used Store brought crust to make it more easier.

A lot of butter!
..And a lot of cheese!!

I used a lot of Parmesan and Mozarella cheese but feel free to use any cheese that you like.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound (550g) pizza dough (homemade or store bought)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups (225g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  •  cup (40g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, optional

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet, pizza stone or pizza pan, set aside.

  2. Roll or stretch the dough into a 12x10" rectangle. (Don't worry about this being perfect)

  3. Combine the melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over the shaped dough. Top with cheeses, herbs, and salt. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.

  4. Slice into breadsticks and serve with pizza sauce if desired.

Look at that beauty.
Ooey gooey deliciousness.

Perfect with some Marinara sauce or Pizza sauce.

It was so good with Hubby's Pasta.

He made Alfredo Pasta with shrimp, sausage, broccoli and sun dried tomatoes.
It was amazing!

Perfect Sunday meal.

Enjoy!

xoxo
