We did it again!

Remember when we made BBQ Charcuterie Board for Super bowl Sunday?

HERE

We made it because we were rooting for the Chiefs

And this year,

The outcome may be not the same when we first made it

It was still fun to root for the Chiefs!

I am definitely loving this sports more than ever!

We added a few dish to our meal 

Like this Paella that we got already made at the Grocery store

I am so impressed how good it was!!

The perfect plate!

It was all so good!!

I kind of just randomly added stuff

But here the recipes for

This was actually fun  because you can also just add stuff you have in the fridge!!

Lemon Drop Mocktail

First Weekend in Germany turned out pretty amazing

Even though we are still adjusting with time, We didn't let that stop us from exploring and

just enjoying every minute.

We planned a Dinner with our friends.

She doesn't really drink so I made a Mocktail.

I love making fun drinks for everyone!

This one was so good!

What you will need

LEMON DROP MOCKTAIL

 

• 2 freshly squeezed lemons

• ¼ cup simple syrup

• ¼ cup tonic water (or sprite), chilled

• Sugar for rim

• Ice

Just mix it all together in a shaker and serve.

So easy!

Feels good to be reunited with my friend again!!

I love it they will be here as long as we are!!

The highlight of the Dinner!

Grilling is always a good idea!

We made our favorite Potato Casserole.

Recipe is from my Mother in law.

Always so good!

Jack Stack Barbecue (Kansas City)

 

I like anything BBQ but Jack Stack Kansas City BBQ is something

we need before we leave the US.

We went here when we just got here too and we were so impressed.

My big boy staked himself with Ribs.

Pork and Beef and devoured it all by himself,

Shared a bit of course!

It was on point!

I had 3 meats and each one was so amazing!

Their coleslaw was so good too.

I will miss it for sure!!!

Georgia Boys BBQ (Greeley, Colorado)

We spent a couple of nights in Colorado.

It was such a great time!

On our last night after going to the Rocky Mountain park.

We went out to eat.

Something easy and nice.

It was a long weekend so its a busy one,

So we decided to just head back to Greeley and have dinner there.

 

We went to Georgia Boys BBQ

It has a really nice and friendly atmosphere.

Especially us coming in as a big group.

We had Pickle fries, Pork Belly and Onion straw basket for Appetizer!

This Pork Belly was so amazing!!

For my main dish.

I had their Barnyard Plate.

It pretty much has a little bit of everything to it.

..And I enjoyed it so much!

I definitely recommend.

It was a great night with Family!

Kehde's Barbeque

I love finding the best BBQ restaurant where ever we go. 

Every time we drive to Sedalia, usually for Shopping...

We always drive by this restaurant that looks like an old train.

It seems always busy and I always want to give it a try.

We finally did!

The restaurant seems busy but we got to sit down quick.

It has a really interesting interior.

The train is attached to a restaurant and you have a choice to sit in a regular 

tables or sit at the old train.

Of course we had to pick the old train!

Drinks and Appetizers first.

We had to order this Onion right away when I saw it.

It was good, not as breaded like everywhere else.

My little boy had this hotdog with some meat in in.

He could not stop talking about how good it was!!

I had a plate with 2 kinds of meat in it and it was sooo good!

Definitely one of the best that I've been to.

I highly recommend!

RibCrib BBQ

My Filipina friend that I met in Italy came to visit this weekend!

It's definitely an awesome weekend with friends. 

We haven't been really socializing since we got here so its nice to have friends come over.

Homecooked meals is always the best.

But, its good to switch it up sometimes. 

Saturday we went out for Dinner. 

We picked RibCrib. 

We usually order to-go from there.

So it was nice to finally get to eat there, for a full experience.

Love everything on their Menu!

I had their "The Dirty Deed"

That has St. Louis Rib, Sliced smoked sausage and Pulled pork.

You can pick 2 sides with it.

It was so so good!

I highly recommend!

Lee's Summit, Missouri

It's been about a few weeks now since we moved in our new home. 

We still got so many things we needed so we decided

to check out Lee's Summit for Home stuff shopping. 

It's only about an hour drive from our house, so that was not bad at all. 

While we are there too...we had our first Kansas city BBQ!

It's hubby's co-workers recommended restaurant.

It did not disappoint!!!

Martini to start the meal.

We also had some wings for appetizer.

It was so good!

I had the Combo where you can pick 2 meats, I'm glad they have that option.

I picked the Ribs of course and the Brisket.

It also comes with 2 sides, I had fries and coleslaw.

The coleslaw was so good, I never had one like that before it tasted so fresh.

The meat was of course so good.

I highly recommend!

We all loved it.

The shopping went good too.

Even though its not fun to not have these places a little close to us.

I'm just glad that THERE is!

It's better than nothing!

I don't mind the 1 hour drive.

We went to Target, Macy's, JC Penney, H&M, and  Best Buy for a new TV.

I mean, any day is a good day as long as there's Shopping involved.

The house is coming along, I just wish we get our stuff from Italy soon.

La Locanda Aviano

Spring in Italy means a lot Rain.

Like...a lot of rain.

But, this year its just crazy.

I can't believe it.

It was not this bad last year.

But, I just cannot wait for it to be over.

Lets just be happy its not cold anymore.. I guess.

I'm just so happy I can finally wear a dress again!

Me and hubby decided to go out or a Dinner on a Friday night.

We decided to go back to La Locanda.

They have good Ribs and that's just what I wanted to have!

The pool is not quite ready but seems like they are getting it ready.

Started dinner with some Prosecco!

I highly recommend you try this restaurant.

Especially when you just got here in Aviano.

Or... when you are just craving Ribs!

 ..And the Ribs.

It's not exactly the same as the Ribs I make but this is really good!
