Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops.

There's some days that I need to used what we have in freezer/fridge.
Especially on days where it's close to our monthly grocery schedule.

I was surprised to see Pork chops in the freezer so I decided to make something creative with it.

Let me know what you think!

Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 8 Slices of Bacon
  • 4 Cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking pan with non stick spray or line with parchment of foil.
  • In a small bow, mix the brown sugar and the garlic. In another bowl, mix the cheeses. Set the cheeses aside.
  • Place pork chops in prepared pan, being careful to leave to room between the chops.
  • Distribute garlic/sugar mix evenly over the top of each pork chop. Lay slice of 2 bacon diagonally on top of each pork chop; tuck each ends of bacon under each chop.

  • Bake for 35-40 minutes. Top with cheeses and bake an additional 5 minutes to melt cheese.

Serve with your choice of Side.
Enjoy!
