Healthy eats!

Hello everyone!
I finally had a chance to write something, It's definitely been a while.
Little man is almost two months old now.
I have been quite busy or I'm too tired to get online and do something.
But, I'm so glad that eventhough I'm pretty busy with kids and other stuff
our healthy eating has been on point!
I figure I should share this with all of you guys.

I'm not really trying to lose more weight, I just want to make sure
that I'm eating good for breastfeeding.
But, just like what they said don't focus on getting skinny!
Just eat healthy and your body will just get rid of the unwanted weight by itself.
I got a little bit more to lose before I get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
I don't really care, I've been tired but feeling I'm great and that's what matters!

I'm back on doing meal prepping again and I swear it's really helpful especially
that I don't have much time to cook anymore.
I started making the meals I have been making before.
Recipes here ( Sunday Meal prep )
I found some recipes I want to try and I will definitely share it with all of you.

This meal that I made last weekend was Baked chicken with roasted potatoes, asparagus and
steam broccoli.
It's really simple.
I will post detailed recipe of it soon!

2 Ingredient Pancake

Okay, So I tried this 2 ingredients pancakes that I've been seeing on Pinterest.
I'm not sure If I did something wrong.
It's basically made with bananas and eggs.
I added cinnamon and vanilla but, they are a too runny, maybe that's what it suppose to be
but, It was just really hard to cook. It was good though!
I need to try to add oats next time.
I still recommend it though, Just make sure you cook it on low.

Lactation Smoothie

I'm also been having Lactation smoothie once in a while now and I say it's pretty good
I always drink smoothie before and  I definitely love love it.
This one is made with frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, quick oats greek yogurt, and flax seed.

Going to try lactation cookies next time!

More healthy eats I want to share with all of you guys.
I hope you all like it!

Happy weekend and stay cool!
It's been crazy hot!

It has been almost a week since we got back from vacation.

I'm still trying to get back my energy for working out,
It's really good to get a break sometimes, but It's also hard to get back
Haven't been feeling motivated, I feel so stiff, I feel so sore all the time.

(We just got back.. We just got back.. Don't stress about it.)
The words I keep telling myself.

But, I'm ready to start over again. and I'm not giving up.

Anyways, On a good note.
I've been feeling good with my eating.
It's hard to explain but I'm just glad that I don't feel hungry all the time anymore.

For breakfast today I made this delicious smoothie.
It's a little bit different with other smoothies I made before.
I used coconut water instead of water.
I used just honey, I usually add a little big of stevia sometimes. But I tried not to add that today.
..And added more frozen bananas for thickness.
It was so good and filling!

Avocado love!

Good morning everyone! Just had the best breakfast ever..
For the first time, I finally got to try Avocado toast and It was amazing..
I just mashed up half of an avocado and added some pepper and salt, Spread it on a toasted whole wheat bread and topped it with an egg and red pepper flakes. It was so good! Probably one of the best way to eat avocado.

I didn't want the half of the avocado to go to waste so I made some green smoothie.
Half of the Avocado some spinach, Greek yogurt, and frozen banana. Yup, today was all about greens!

What's for breakfast?
Have a good day!

Is It Spring Already? :(

This week is turning out not so good for me..
It has been the coldest week ever.. I know I can't complain because there's other places way colder, But I'm really ready for Spring weather.

Monday was a holiday and it snowed Tuesday so Hubby was just home those days, I did get to workout but I ate a lot of bad stuff for those two days. Don't you love it when a week turns to a cheat week. haha

Anyway, I moved on.. I know it was just two days.
So when I woke up today I had a smoothie bowl and lemon water.

I made a cantaloupe smoothie with some, sliced cantaloupe, kiwis, grapes and granola for topping
The recipe is here.. Cantaloupe Smoothie
This was so refreshing and the toppings made it perfect.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap

I always meal prep for hubby but for this week, Since I know it's going to be a short week and there's a chance that it will snow, I decided to just make him a Baked buffalo chicken that I made yesterday, I totally forgot to take a picture of it because I was too excited and happy how it turned out, Hubby loved it and he said it's the best chicken I made so far, Well one of the reason he said that is because he love Buffalo Chicken. I'll definitely make this again and I'll make sure that I won't forget to take a picture.
How is your week so far?
XOXO
