Good morning everyone! Just had the best breakfast ever..
For the first time, I finally got to try Avocado toast and It was amazing..
I just mashed up half of an avocado and added some pepper and salt, Spread it on a toasted whole wheat bread and topped it with an egg and red pepper flakes. It was so good! Probably one of the best way to eat avocado.
I didn't want the half of the avocado to go to waste so I made some green smoothie.
Half of the Avocado some spinach, Greek yogurt, and frozen banana. Yup, today was all about greens!
