Sweet taste of Summer






I know it's not even Spring yet, But one of the things I'm excited and love about summer is fruits.



Spring is almost here, And It's going to be Summer before we know it. Time is going faster than ever, Feels like it was just Christmas and now It's march (Wait, what??) yup!





 Enjoyed this mini watermelon with my little man today, I can't wait to eat these everyday, all summer long!

Watermelon is amazing fuel to eat before and after any workout. It is rich in an amino acid called L-citrulline, which the body converts to L-arginine, an essential amino aid that helps relax blood vessels and improve circulation.
So what does that mean?
A sweet serving of decreased muscle soreness of your workout! and as the name suggests, watermelon is compromised of more than 90% water that is packed with vitamins like A and C as well as being the highest source of the cancer fighting antioxidant called lycopene.
Watermelon is extremely low in calories so don't be afraid to eat up! :)


And of course made some Infused water with watermelon and blueberries. My favorite infused water is Strawberries but this one is so good too, Especially if it's been infused for overnight!
