I have been to a smoothie kick these days, there's just something about it that I really love. its healthy, refreshing and filling.
Today I made Orange banana smoothie and it's one of the best smoothies I made!
What you will need
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 2 Fresh Oranges
- 1 cup milk (depends on how you like it)
- 1/2 cup of vanilla non fat yogurt
- 1 tsp of honey
- 1 cup of ice
Blend it all together until creamy and smooth
