Yesterday was a perfect Spring day!
It was such a rainy week so I was so glad that the Sun finally came out
so we can enjoy the last day of Spring break.
Hubby grilled some Pork chops.
I got to chill with them while I was waiting for the Side dish to be done.
This Side dish was perfect, so easy to make and so yummy!
Dinner and Vikings!
