"As we go on through life, we sometimes forget how much our body does for us on a daily basis, and instead of being grateful, we attack it. We start doing things like exercise and diets out of punishment rather than enjoyment. If we can begin to look at ourselves with love, forgiveness, and a whole lot of compassion, we can begin to do things that we never thought  possible. It is important to reconnect with our body and listen to what it tells us everyday. So much energy gets stored in different areas and, if left unheard, can manifest as disease as a last cry. Our bodies deserve to feel love and happy in this life, as well. Take care of it and it will take care of you."
