Mango Banana Smoothie



 
 
 
A delicious Way to Start Your Day
 
I absolutely love smoothies.  They are a refreshing way to start the day.  Smoothies can have so many variations that the possibilities are simply endless.  You can use any fruit imaginable, add in flax seed, chia seeds, whatever the you want can go into a smoothie!
Lately I have been absolutely dying over these Mango smoothies, yeah they are so delicious!!!  I highly recommend!
Ingredients:
  • Frozen Mango (About 1 cup)
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup milk (or water)
  • 1 cup of ice (more or less depends on your liking)
Directions:
Toss everything in a blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy! :)
