Almost every kind of cookies is addicting. I know it's not healthy but I find it much better making cookies and tell yourself you can have just one!to satisfy your sweet cravings.
It's all about control right? so far it works! :)
I have made a lot of cookies and I'm still eager to try different ones.
This cookie is perfect, I like soft baked cookies. They are even better the next day!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup M&M's
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
- In large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat one egg at a time. Mix in oil, vanilla and almond extract.
- Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Slowly mix into wet ingredients. Once smooth, fold in chips.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
I made another batch with Reese's Pieces cookies and it's so good too! Just replace the M&M's with Reese's pieces.
Enjoy! Thanks for reading.
