Perfect cookies

Almost every kind of cookies is addicting. I know it's not healthy but I find it much better making cookies and tell yourself you can have just one!to satisfy your sweet cravings.
It's all about control right? so far it works! :)

I have made a lot of cookies and I'm still eager to try different ones.

This cookie is perfect, I like soft baked cookies. They are even better the next day!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup M&M's
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
  • In large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat one egg at a time. Mix in oil, vanilla and almond extract.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Slowly mix into wet ingredients. Once smooth, fold in chips.
  • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

I made another batch with Reese's Pieces cookies and it's so good too! Just replace the M&M's with Reese's pieces.

Enjoy! Thanks for reading.
