Genova

We went to our last, very long roadtrip.
It's so sad to think that it's our last one in Italy.
But it was definitely one of the best we ever had.

I'm so grateful we got to do it even with everything thats going on.

Our first stop was Genova!!!

Genoa (Genova) is a port city and the capital of northwest Italy's Liguria region. It's known for its central role in maritime trade over many centuries. In the old town stands the Romanesque Cathedral of San Lorenzo, with its black-and-white-striped facade and frescoed interior. Narrow lanes open onto monumental squares like Piazza de Ferrari, site of an iconic bronze fountain and Teatro Carlo Felice opera house.

Since we are only gonna be there for a few hours we decided to just drive around and mostly check out the Aquarium for the kids.

Genova is Beautiful!!

Aquarium is the best place to take kids if you're finding something for them to do.

There were sharks, all kinds of fish and everything else you could ever find in an aquarium.

The boys loved the Dolphin part.
They were playing with balls.

I'm very impressed how big is this Aquarium.

Waiting for the Dolphins.

All the Jelly fish.

We spent about few hours there.
It was actually bigger than I expected and the boys loved it.

What a good way to start our trip.

Now, off to our next destination.

We encountered some traffic and I'm glad I packed up so many snacks.
This is one of them.
Couldn't be more perfect.

xoxo
