For meal prep last night, I made this awesome dish.
I have been making Chicken dishes these couple of weekends, This weekend decided to change it a bit and make Salmon.
I highly recommend!
- Salmon Fillet, 4 pieces
- 1/4 Cup Butter, melted
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F degrees
- Arrange salmon pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, dijon mustard, soy sauce and add some salt and pepper if preferred.
- Bake about 15 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
- Serve over rice.
Enjoy! :)
xoxo
