Sunday Lunch: Aviano Inn

Good news!

We found a place we can call home for 4 years. 

I am so excited to move in and get in to a routine!

Details soon.

Now, that we are a more comfortable of driving off base 

we decided to have lunch off base.

It was kind of hard finding place to eat because here in Italy 

everything closes around 1-4 pm for their nap time. 

We are used to eating around 3 pm and that's our lunch and dinner already there's no in-between. haha!

Anyways we decided to try Aviano Inn since they are open.

It was not hard to find, It was close to Area one and we had an idea where it was.

Their menu has English which was nice so picking was not that hard. 

We love getting Antipasto (Appetizer) so we decided to just get  a finger food.

Delicious!

Little man had  cheese pizza.

Hubby got the carbonara pizza.

Let me tell you, the authentic Italian pizza are way different than

the pizza we usually have in the states or in Asia (Philippines, South Korea)

Pizzas here are not too greasy, light and you can probably have two pizza 

by yourself but not feel full. 

I ordered Tortellini with white sauce, forgot what it says on the menu

I like to try exciting stuff so it was in Italian and the only thing I understand was

it has white sauce and ham. :)

It was really good. 

Tortellini is pretty much like ravioli that is stuffed with something 

inside, this one has meat. 

Ohh so good!
